What’s On: Summer Menu, Parties & Father’s Day

It’s new menu time at Brookmans and we’d love to know your thoughts. Summer is here and we plan to showcase all the very best produce that the season has to offer. Our Head Chef David has put together a delicious seasonal menu featuring dishes such as Duck Rillette, Apricot Chutney & Mini Toasts, Garlic & Thyme Baked Camembert with Tomato & chilli Chutney, a Brookmans Mixed Grill, the return of our famous Scotch Egg & Homemade Brown Sauce plus sweet delights like Lemon Meringue Cheesecake and Pimm’s Jelly with Cucumber Granita.

Be amongst the first to try the menu as we offer a tasting evening on Monday 8^th June. David will be on hand to talk through three delicious courses plus cheese, while the team showcase great wines to compliment. Places are limited and at £30 for all this food plus a couple of glasses of wine are selling fast. Why not call us today and be one of the first to welcome in the (hopefully) long, hot summer ahead.

Stars & Stripes Party

Not long after it will be party night again at Brookmans as we embrace all things American with our Stars & Stripes party on Saturday 4^th July. Come and join Captain America, Uncle Sam and the rest of the gang and prepare to party the night away from 8pm. You won’t find a better party night around, there is no need to book and we generously look after our best dressed! Send the kids to the Mall or even the Prom as this is strictly over 21’s. God Bless America.

Father’s Day

Don’t forget, as ever we are there to save your bacon with a free bottle of Old Hooky on Father’s Day for dad (bookings only). We can cook him some bacon too if you wish with tempting menu offerings from breakfast through to dinner. Give us a call to reserve your table on 21^st June and let him put his feet up for the day.
