Dover sole is the Rolls-Royce of British fish. Caught for us by Cornish day-boats, and expertly cooked on the bone with brown butter, capers and new potatoes — it’s a bona fide treat. Go old-school with a pairing of Chablis from Domaine de l’Enclos, or if it’s just a glass of something delicious you’re after, put your trust in our Wine of the Month, a Spanish Albariño.

However you spoil your loved one this year, choose your local to celebrate. We’ll have a specials board full of scrumptious sharing dishes, alongside our usual menu, and not forgetting a list full of sparkling wines to make your evening special. If you can’t join us on Monday, join us over the weekend instead – we’ll have our specials boards full of the good stuff Friday 11th and Saturday 12th too. Book in, and give yourselves something to look forward to.
We’ll be open as usual for breakfast, so why not change tradition this year and start off with a Buck’s Fizz Breakfast before heading out for the day?
We serve up the favourites alongside new classics and always prioritise quality produce. We are serious about our roasts too, so settle in with the family and enjoy top-quality beef from Aubrey Allen, Jimmy Butler’s free-range pork or our delicious vegetarian roast with all the glorious trimmings.
